How It Works...

Click ‘Book Now’, choose your vehicle and select your amount (e.g., £50, £100, £250 etc.) or a specific package to suit your budget.

Add a custom message and choose between an instant digital voucher or a premium printed card.

3. Payment

We can take your card payment over the telephone. Let us know the most convenient time to call you.

4. Redeem

The recipient simply calls us or books online using their unique voucher code.

Important: Digital vouchers are delivered via email within 24 hours. For physical gift cards, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within the UK.

Where can I pick up the motorhome?

We are conveniently located in Bridgend, South Wales, with secure parking available for your own vehicle while you are away.

Is insurance included?

Yes, all our hires include comprehensive insurance and breakdown cover as standard.

Can the voucher be used for pets?

Absolutely! Many of our luxury motorhomes are pet-friendly, so the whole family can join the adventure.

Booking your motorhome...

Hiring features:

Full comprehensive insurance*
International breakdown cover*
1,500 miles inclusive weekly limit
Additional mileage £0.32 (32p) per mile

Collections and returns:

March to October: collection is 3–5pm and return is 9–11am, Monday to Saturday (closed Sundays and bank holidays). An earlier collection (9–11am) or a later return (3–5pm) is £70 each.

November to February: collection and return are both 3–5pm, at no extra cost. Morning slots are not available in these months.

Each end of your hire follows its own date, so a hire collected in late October can still collect in the morning. Please choose your times when you book.

Safe driving Policy:

During the period of hire, maintaining the vehicle in a safe and appropriate manner is the customer’s legal responsibility. We require all customers to adhere to road laws and regulations throughout the duration of the rental.

Customer car parking:

Customers can leave one vehicle at our secure parking compound for the duration of the hire for free. Our parking features 24hr cctv, however please note that all vehicles are parked at the owners risk and Why Knott Hire cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to your vehicles.

One car can be left with us free of charge for the duration of your hire; additional guest vehicles can be parked for a one-off charge of £30 each.

All bookings are done online. A 20% deposit at time of booking secures your dates.
Remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to departure.
Security deposit is pre-authorised prior to or at collection that will be emailed out to you with arrival information
A copy of our terms and conditions for hire can be downloaded here (osgbsyngthhlyqvpckgj.supabase.co). This needs to be read and approved before your order is accepted. This will be asked at checkout.

Customer Liability for traffic violations:

Please be aware that the full responsibility for any and all traffic violations rests with the customer. This includes, but is not limited to:

Speeding fines

Unauthorised parking penalties

Driving without due care

Toll charges

Mechanical damage such as oil, tyres, windscreen, furniture and overhead damage

All costs incurred as a result of these violations will be the sole liability of the customer. By hiring our vehicle, you agree to this safe driving and liability policy.
