Edinburgh & the East Coast by Motorhome
Capital city + golden beaches — 4 days
Scotland's capital plus the golden beaches and fishing villages of the east coast — a different Scotland from the wild west, and easier driving. Base outside the city and take the train in. Scotland is part of the UK, so no European cover is needed.
Day 1: Edinburgh
Park up outside the city and take the bus or train in for the Castle, the Royal Mile, Arthur's Seat and the Royal Yacht Britannia.
Don't miss: Edinburgh Castle
Scotland's most famous fortress crowns Castle Rock above the city — with the Royal Mile, Arthur's Seat and the Royal Yacht Britannia all a short bus ride away.
